Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: SEPTEMBER 2026

1. Why this exists

Snapline holds photographs of other people's homes and workplaces. Most of this policy follows from that one fact. It is part of the Terms of Service.

2. Photographing people and property

Photograph only what you have the right to photograph. Before you capture a site into Snapline you should have the property owner's or occupier's permission to be there and to document it, whether from your contract or otherwise.

Do not use Snapline to photograph a person without a lawful basis, to photograph anyone in a place where they would reasonably expect privacy, or to photograph or track a person covertly. If a person is identifiable in a photograph, you are the controller of that image and responsible for having a basis to hold it.

3. Content you may not store

Do not store or transmit through Snapline:

4. Attacking the service

Do not: attempt to access an organisation's data that is not yours; probe, scan or test the service except under our disclosure policy; interfere with anyone else's use of it; work around a plan limit, a rate limit or an authentication check; scrape it; or resell access to it.

5. Share links

A share link is a public web page for anyone who has it. Do not put content in one that you are not entitled to disclose to whoever might receive it, and revoke it when the job is done.

6. Using the AI

Do not use Snapline's AI features to generate content that misrepresents the condition of a property, and do not present an AI-generated caption or measurement as a verified fact. AI output is a suggestion — the Terms of Service say so, and so does the app.

7. How we enforce this

Where we can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Where the breach is severe, illegal, or presents a risk to someone, we may suspend or terminate the account immediately and report it to the authorities. We do not routinely inspect customer photographs; we act on reports, on legal obligations, and on automated signals of abuse.

8. Reporting a problem

To report a breach of this policy, write to support@voice2jobs.com with enough detail to identify what you are reporting. Security weaknesses go to the disclosure programme instead.
